Add Casuals Bio data in the cloud database, Manage their records from anywhere. The system is able to capture the Casual rate based on their role. This will be used to calculate the payments owed during the payment period.
Instend of Filling the attendance register on a book or papers the the supervisor can select a casual and clock them in and out. This data is accessible real time from the Main office or anywhere there is access to the internet.
The supervisor can reconsile periodic attendance data to generate a report of how many days each casual has worked and amount due based on the rate that was captured when adding the casual to the system.
Once the data has been reconsiled the initiator will trigger payments. An email is sent to the approver to notify them to approve payments for disbursement. This is done with a click of a button.
CasualPay is integrated with Mpesa B2C with our Payment Partners allowing us to process bulk payments. This means payments can be paid to multiple casuals within a click of a button.
The system does not allow dublicates id numbers and phone numbers and also the management can manage the process of adding casuals to ensure no ghost workers.
